If there is one thing I want you go receive when you come to Women With Intention, it is to love yourself!
Each month, I post a FREE monthly self-care calendar (Scroll down to the bottom of this page to see all of the self-care calendars). One way I hope to help you all live with intention and purpose is by first taking care of yourself! I hope you all benefit from this free resource, print it out, and spend some time taking care of you! (And maybe share it with some other women who also could use some free self-care!)
A great friend once told me, that if a woman doesn’t take care of herself, no one else will. This doesn’t mean that others don’t care, it just means that ultimately you are responsible for yourself!
Here are a few examples of what was in the May 2015 Self-Care Calendar
- What email subscriptions can you eliminate?
- Do you have an emergency kit ready for summer? What do you need to make one?
- Make plans to meet up with a friend!
I made these calendars for you to print out for easy access to focus on your own self-care. Each day there is a quick challenge to help you prioritize your own self-care! Most of the activities are quick! They can be done on breaks at work or at home under 15-30 minutes.
You are worth it!
If we can’t give ourselves 15 minutes before bed or throughout the day, that’s pretty sad.

This is something I definitely I need! I feel like I’m always finding things that need to get done instead of making self-care a priority (though I did manage to sleep in a bit today and go for a jog…doing both is highly unusual for me). I love listening to music that makes me want to dance or taking a long, hot shower when I need to destress. Stopping by from Mommy Monday Bloghop!
