Do you do a great job of taking care of your own needs (also known as self-care) or are you sick and tired of being sick and tired? Do you feel like at the end of the day you are too tired to focus on doing anything for yourself?
When was the last time you:
- took an hour to enjoy your favorite hobby
- had a coffee date with a friend
- spent some time on an activity that would help you inch closer to achieving a goal?
If you are feeling guilty answering these questions because you know you should spend more time taking care of yourself stop! The March 2016 Self-Care Calendar has just what you need to recharge, light your creative fire, and feel more balanced again.
Schedules, jobs, and taking care of our families are tiring, leaving little time to focus on our own self-care. I have good news! Self-Care doesn’t have to take a long time! The March 2016 Self-Care Calendar will give you 31 challenges (most under 15 minutes) to help you recharge and focus on taking care of you!
The best part is the March 2016 Self-Care Calendar is FREE!
Here are a few of this month’s challenges:
- Schedule a lunch date with a mentor!
- Have you tried tracking your money for a week? Try it out this week! You might find some surprises!
- What can you add (or subtract) to make your work space more cheerful?
All you need to do is download and print! Stick the self-care calendar in your planner, on the bathroom mirror, refrigerator, or wherever you see it regularly! (Setting a phone alarm each day for the same time also really helps remind me to do my challenge!)

This is so awesome! I did the February self-care calendar and it helped me so much. It made me feel so much more grounded and happy. I have linked to this page in my new article on planning on my blog. Have a great day!

I love this concept! We are currently in the process of converting the office/craft room into a second nursery and it’s been almost depressing seeing all the old hobbies I used to enjoy. This is great motivation to make a little time for my own interests again!

Good luck! 🙂 Trust me, no matter how many babies, it’s always important to make time for you! You are the best mom when you take care of you! Hugs!

I love this concept. I write a lot about the importance of taking time for ourselves – ‘me time’ to nurture ourselves and do things to make us happy. I’ve downloaded your March calendar and just love the idea. Thank you for sharing #WWIW link up.
