This week should be less hectic than the last (which I’m very happy about!) We have less appointments and have more home time. Yea!!
Last Week’s Goals:
Intentional Relationships (Marriage/Parenting/Mentoring/Friendships):
1. Have a date night and write Jason a love note
2. Read with the twins EVERY day and go through their sight words/math homework EVERY day.
3. Work with the youngest two doing “momma school” for 15 minutes every day.
4. Spend some one on one time with our oldest daughter.
Intentional Homemaking:
5. Make more homemade spaghetti sauce (I’m getting closer to being done with this but my tomato plants are still producing about every other day to make more.)
6. Pick veggies from garden and freeze peppers and onions
7. Can pears.
8. Get all laundry caught up, put away and wash all bedding
Intentional Self-Care:
9. Drink 6 glasses of water each day- I didn’t make this happen every day but it was an effort.
10. Continue working on 21 Days To Form A New Habit – Exercise 15 minutes a day! I know I can keep doing this, I’m feeling really proud of myself I’ve kept it up so far! Feel free to join in! I FINISHED my September Habit! Yea! I’m going to keep working on this until the end of the month to make sure it sticks.
11. Complete September’s Self-Care challenges
Intentional Blogging:
12. Write 3 posts
13. Spend 15 minutes on Pinterest each day
This Week’s Goals:

2. Read with the twins EVERY day and go through their sight words/math homework EVERY day.
3. Work with the youngest two doing “momma school” for 15 minutes every day. We are working on letter “R” this week!
4. Buy tickets for Secret Keeper Girl for the 2 older girls. I took our oldest last year and it was really fun!
Intentional Homemaking:
5. Finish canning Better Than Store Bought Spaghetti Sauce, pick veggies and freeze them.
6. Mow the entire farm.
7. Pick apples off our apple tree and decide what to do with all of them.
8. Get all laundry caught up, put away and wash all bedding
Intentional Self-Care:
9. Drink 6 glasses of water each day
10. Continue working on 21 Days To Form A New Habit – Exercise 15 minutes a day! I finished my 21 days yesterday but want to keep at this. It’s important and I want it to stick. If I can do 15 minutes a day, YOU can! 🙂

14. Work on Unit 1 for my class. I have the homework done on paper but not on the blog yet.

Wow. You are awesome. I’m super impressed with how much you get done with 5 kiddos! I think you might be my new role model — my husband and I want 5 kids (maybe) and a farm (eventually), so yeah.
Question — what’s your recommendation on the best way to freeze produce like zucchini? Shredded? Cubed? Whole?

How fortunate you are to have an apple tree. We had one at our previous home. We only had one really good harvest, but it was so great. We also had figs and blueberries.
I suggest you make applesauce and freeze it. Its so easy and there are crockpot recipes that you could use. What a nice treat to be able to pull a bag of homemade applesauce from the freezer this winter!
