Last week was the busiest week I’ve had in ages!
To cope with that, I took the week off of setting goals which was the right choice! I felt like we were completely in survival mode all week! Between the Parade of Homes, a garage sale, a volleyball game, science fair, vision therapy, and Jason harvesting we were busy!
This week is so much better! Being in our regular routine makes everyone happy.
This Week’s Goals:
Spiritual Goals:
- Make time for God each day.
- Read 5 days of You’re Made for a God-Sized Dream: Opening the Door to All God Has for You
- Focus on gratitude!
Marriage Goals:
- Have a date night!
- Buy/make snacks stuff for Jason to take with him in the combine. I bought him some fudge at Scheel’s yesterday- delicious!
Family Goals:
- Continue Vision Therapy for Nora.
- Have Nora ride her bike 3 times.
- Stick to bed times!
- Take kids to Hotel Transylvania 2. I loved Hotel Transylvania (and I hate watching movies) so I am excited to take them to #2.
- Patience, patience! It’s hard on everyone when Jason is gone so much. I have to remind myself of this!
Homemaking Goals:
- Sell 4 lots of clothes on Facebook
- Call sink restoration guy to find a time to pick up my laundry room sink
- Pay for appliances
Self-Care:
- Record my water intake.
- Exercise 4 times, increase time by 5 minutes, and write it down in my weight loss journal.
Personal Goals:
- Listen to 7 of Chalene Johnson’s podcasts. They’re motivating and I have been enjoying them.
- Research It Works. I’m trying to decide about being an It Works distributor, I like the products I’ve tried so far!
- Order Push: 30 Days to Turbocharged Habits, a Bangin’ Body, and the Life You Deserve! I wanted to find it at the library but haven’t been able to find it. Have any of you read this book?
