Praying For Purpose

If you have taken the quizzes, personality tests, and searched deep within your soul to find your passions, strengths, and values, and are still unclear about your purpose, you are probably experiencing some frustration.

Don’t worry! God has you covered!

The next question to ask yourself is, “Have I prayed about it as much as I’ve thought about it”?

If you are an independent, do-it-yourself person (like I am) sometimes our pride gets in the way of a clear direction from God.

Instead of asking for help through prayer, we stubbornly keep searching, determined to solve the problem on our own.

Sometimes the answer is right in front of us, but we are blocking our own path.

God wants a deep relationship with you! By praying for purpose, you can strengthen that relationship!

• Are you still struggling with your purpose?  
• Have you prayed for direction?
• Have you thought about asking a close friend or family member to pray you?

Humble yourself. God’s always there for you, if you are quiet enough (and patient enough) to listen!
