Last month I shared a Self-Care Calendar for June. Summer is supposed to be a time of fun, relaxation, and rejuvenation. However, for many of us, summer is stressful. Activities are abundant, sleep is in short supply, and there can be extra stress on the family when routine is disrupted. We run around frazzled and many times find ourselves sick simply because we have let our self-care go at the expense of our family’s care. Because of this, I thought it would be a good idea to create another self-care calendar for July!
Click on the July Self Care Calendar for your own FREE calendar PDF. You can print it out for an easy reference for you to focus on your own self-care. For one month, each day there is a challenge to focus on your own well-being. Many of these activities can even be done at work on your breaks! Almost all of the challenges take less than 15 minutes to do and let’s face it ladies, if we can’t give ourselves 15 minutes before bed or throughout the day, that’s pretty sad.
Here are a few of the day’s challenges for this month: taking a 20 minute nap, visiting the library, and planning your meals! The focus is on self-care which should be fun, helpful, or relaxing!
The link below will take you to the PDF to print out. I encourage you to hang this calendar up on your refrigerator or keep it in your planner or purse so you will have it with you! I’d love to hear at the end of the month if it helped you!
What do you like to do when you feel run down? Escape for some alone time? Exercise? Read? I’d love to hear what help relaxes you!

What a great idea! I work 3 other jobs in addition to blogging and I always feel like I’m running around frazzled! This would be a great reminder to give myself a little me-time to keep sane!

I’m sure! I hope you take some intentional time to relax! It’s so important! 🙂

This is not something I normally read at all but your beautiful photo drew me at the Inspiration spotlight link party. Very timely advice, I’m having to slow down a bit as I’m having quite a big op on tuesday. Everyone is telling me to take some time for myself but it’s not something I’m used to doing. Busy busy, 2 jobs, family etc etc.
Thanks for the timely advice.
