Welcome to Women With Intention Wednesdays!
This week I’m featuring Adrienne from I’d Rather Eat A Cookie. She shared her great post 7 Tips To Make Your Spring Dreams Finally Become A Reality.
Here is what you will find at Women With Intention Wednesdays:
- This is a link up party where you come to encourage one another, have fun, and share your best posts to help women live their best life!
- In other words, any post that you have written about Christian living, homemaking, relationships, healthy living, living a frugal life or that helps another woman can be included in this link up! Please just keep them family friendly (I reserve the right to remove anything that I feel isn’t appropriate).
- This link up is beneficial for every woman! Whether you are a blogger or a reader, this is one you won’t want to miss! I’m very excited to offer this link up as a place to not only build new relationships between bloggers but also by providing an awesome resource of information for my readers!
Here are the rules of this link up:
- You must link directly to your post (no homepages, please).
- Please link up no more than 2 posts each week and please do not link up the same post week after week.
- For every link you add, please visit the link before you and one other of your choice. If your links are consecutive visit 2 of your choice for the 2nd link. It’s impossible to build relationships when no one communicates! Please don’t link and run!
- By linking up you give me permission to share your posts and photos on this blog and social media. Each week I will choose a featured post. I will only feature and pin your post if you have followed the rules. All features will be linked back to the original source.
- You also give me permission to email you a quick reminder that the party is live. You may opt out anytime. I don’t spam my readers with emails.
- Answer the community building question below so we all get to know each other! That’s the purpose of being here! 🙂
In order to help grow this community with great posts and relationships, I would love it if you would add the party button to your sidebar, your blog directory page, or a text link at the bottom of your post. This isn’t required to participate in the link-up but I would really appreciate it!
If you were featured be sure to grab a button for your site! Thank you for linking up and sharing your great posts!
Community building question of the week: If you were to paint your laundry room your favorite color that reminds you of happiness, what would it be? Mine would be a pretty pink with white bead board at the bottom…not that I’ve been thinking about it or anything 😉

I’ve never thought about painting my laundry room! The first color that comes to mind is a soothing light aqua. I like the ideas of your white breadboard. Thanks for hosting, Jenny. Have a great week.

Hmm…well, we don’t have a laundry room, but if we did…I’ve always liked a very light sunny yellow. Brightens everything up! 🙂 Have a great week!

We recently painted our laundry room lime green – yes, LIME GREEN! We accented with white cabinets and I used lots of navy to tone it down. I LOVE it! We walk through this room getting from the garage to the rest of the house and it makes me smile every time I open the door!

Fun question! I would paint our laundry room a sky blue because it is suppose to be a calming color. Our laundry room is also our mud room and the first room you enter from the garage. It would be nice to see a calming color when entering our house. Thanks for hosting!

At my last house, my laundry room was a deep cranberry on the bottom half and white on the top with a chair rail wallpaper border of laundry hanging on the line…loved it. At this house my husband mixed up cans of left over paint to come up with a lovely green, it reminds me of alfalfa bales…love it too!

Thanks for having and hosting this party every week!

Your imaginary laundry room sounds beautiful! I would probably paint mine a nice shade of tan to compliment the sage green wall it shares with my kitchen.
Thanks, as always, for giving us a place to share with and encourage one another, Jenny. Blessings to you and yours.

My laundry room would be yellow because it reminds me of sunshine and is energetic, which is something I need when tackling laundry mountain!

What a great question! I actually painted my laundry room a creamy yellow. It doesn’t have any windows, and since I spend a lot (as we all do) of time in there – I wanted something bright and airy. It helps the room not feel so closed in too –
Thanks for hosting a great link up!

Actually, it’s not because the color makes me happy, but it would make me happy to paint my laundry room one of the many pretty taupe’s I have in other places in my house. These aren’t your “neutral” taupe’s but warm, calming taupe’s. I’ve wanted it for years, but I hate painting with a passion.

Sigh…if only I had a laundry room!
Summer says
Definitely yellow…it is my all-time favorite color and it just can’t NOT be happy. 🙂

I think I would pick a purplish gray color for our laundry room…with crisp white trim and cabinets. I might have to put that on the honey-do list now! haha 😉 Thanks for hosting! -Jess

We recently painted our laundry room! It’s not exactly what I would’ve chosen, but we were using the same color we had left from painting the hall bath. It’s kind of a sage green, but I used accents of cream and yellow, which I love. It’s amazing how a fresh coat of paint and a few pictures on the wall make being in the laundry room a more pleasant task!

We just painted it before Christmas (along with 5 other areas of the house) and we chose a colour called purity which is a very pale creamy beige. I am delighted with it because it is so light and airy.
