Community Building Question: What is one life skill you wish you had learned as a kid?
I was walking around the 4-H exhibits tonight and there were some beautiful quilts. I know how to sew but I’d love to know how to quilt!
Two things: knitting and piano. Those two things would be most enjoyable to me but alas, I was given the opportunity for both and chose not to pursue. Hindsight. Amen? Hoping the fair is fun and successful for all of you. xo

Sewing for me too! I wish I knew how!
I wish I had learned Spanish well enough that it stuck and to sew, so I would be better at it now. I sew a lot, but it doesn’t come super easily to me. Thanks for the party.
Piano but I did take lessons as an adult.
I was kind of spoiled as a kid- not in a bratty way, it was important to be grateful and kind- but I rarely did chores or worked for things. I’m grateful for how gracious my parents were, but I wish that I had been taught how to be a hard worker. It was challenging to learn when I got my first full time job as a hotel housekeeper at 19!
