Have you ever noticed a woman who clearly was a woman of God? I’ve always found these women to be beautiful, not because of their outward appearance but because of how they act towards others.
What did the woman you know look like? What was it about her that made you know that she was a woman of God? Chances are it was her character.
Proverbs 3:3 mentions two of the most important character traits in the Bible: love/mercy and faithfulness. God wants us to wear love and faithfulness on the outside and the inside. He wants us to love and trust him as well as love others. When we show genuine love and faithfulness to others we radiate in God’s holy light.
Faithfulness, it’s staying the course, trustworthiness, and truth. Have you met someone who has had so many bad things happen to them and is still cheerful, Godly, and express love?
That is someone with faithfulness in his or her heart. He or she knows God will carry us through the storms even when the storm seems to strong to get through it.
If we plant the fruit of kindness it will grow. What happens when we plant our love and trust in God? God’s kingdom grows. People can see the Holy Spirit working in us.
How can we show God’s faithfulness and love to others?
