Each month in 2015, I will be offering a FREE monthly self-care calendar. I hope you all benefit from this free resource, print it out, and spend some time taking care of you!
A great friend once told me, that if a woman doesn’t take care of herself, no one else will. This doesn’t mean that others don’t care, it just means that you are responsible for yourself!
One of my goals is to give you resources that help you live your life with intention and you can only do that if you are taking care of yourself.
Here are a few examples of what you will find in the June 2015 Self-Care Calendar!
- Do something that feels good today!
- What can you do today to get you one step closer to finishing something on your to-do list this week? Spend 15 minutes on that!
- Plan something creative to do this week! I discovered that I love decorating my planner (and I don’t consider myself a very creative person)!
This self-care calendar is great because you can print it out to easily focus on your own self-care. Each day there is a quick challenge to help you prioritize your own self-care! Most of the activities are quick! They can be done on breaks at work or at home under 15-30 minutes. I have found these small challenges to help me feel better and help get me organized!
If we can’t give ourselves 15 minutes before bed or throughout the day, that’s pretty sad.
The link below will take you to the PDF to print out. I have found the best way for me to do these self-care challenges is to hang the calendar on my refrigerator or keep it inside my planner! I’d love to hear at the end of the month if it helped you!

Thanks for this much needed resource! I’m finishing up Jessica Turner’s The Fringe Hours, and my biggest take-away has been how important it is to practice self-care. Finding your calendar is perfect timing! Now I have something to help keep me accountable. Thanks for creating it and sharing it with us! 🙂
I love the variety in tasks on your self-care calendars! I set monthly goals and this would be a perfect addition for one of my future months!
