Haha I did a year of Home Ec and I’m pretty sure I didn’t learn anything at all useful! I’ve never since had to sew a pillowcase and I never managed to cook anything I liked in class. It’s taken me a VERY long time and three kids but I’m finally getting rather good at this gig!
