I feel like I bombed last weeks homemaking goals. I didn’t account for how much time I was going to be putting in to getting the girls group ready and the other activities we had going on. This week is going to be even worse busy wise so I’m scaling WAY back!
Last Week’s Goals:
Intentional Relationships (Marriage/Parenting/Mentoring/Friendships):
1. Have weekly date night with Jason & write love note
2. Work with girls on creating prayer journals (I will have a post on this! I am thinking they are going to turn out really neat!)
3. Continue working on reading with the twins at least 3 nights. We did this 2 nights but will work on 3 this week.
4. Meet Brenda for Moms & Tweens group.
Intentional Homemaking:
5. List 10 items on Facebook to sell. Listed 5
6. Clean out middle daughter’s closet. Nope…didn’t touch it!
7. Call local consignment store about selling toys and baby clothes. No but I’m doing it today!
8. Print out 2014 Calendar (I design my own). Found one at Target that will work. Will probably buy after No Spending Challenge is over!
Intentional Self-Care:
9. Start exercising on MWF
10. Stick my hands in the hand wax each day this week & lotion 2 x a day and wear gloves at night. If not significantly better by Friday go buy coconut oil. I bought the coconut oil. I’m hoping it will help even more!
11. Read 2 Chapters of Life Management For Busy Women: Living Out God’s Plan With Passion & Purpose
Intentional Blogging:
12. Write Post On Budgeting (I’m half done, it’s really long and I don’t know if I should break it up or what)
13. Finish 2014 Blog Planner, Bind It & Use It (The binding was a Christmas gift, I’m very excited, I love office stuff)
14. Pin 5 Posts To Pinterest & 15 Others
This Week’s Goals:
Intentional Relationships (Marriage/Parenting/Mentoring/Friendships):
1. Have weekly date night with Jason & write love note
2. Launch Moms of Tweens group
3. Continue working on reading with the twins at least 3 nights.
Intentional Homemaking:
4. Wash everyone’s bedding and put all laundry away
5. Spend 15 minutes in middle daughter’s closet.
6. Call local consignment store about selling toys and baby clothes.
Intentional Self-Care:
7. Exercise 3 times this week
8. Keep on the hand treatment
Intentional Blogging:
9. Write a new post each day.
10. Promote blog giveaway!
