Last week I got completely overwhelmed between balancing the family obligations we had without Jason while he was in the field. I did the best I could, but I also realized that until harvest is over I probably won’t be getting as much done as I normally do.
This week I tried to set more realistic goals (and honestly they’re still probably more than I can do, but I’m scheduling them in my calendar to go along with today’s goal setting with action post) so maybe I’ll surprise myself!
Last Week’s Goals:
Intentional Relationships (Marriage/Parenting/Mentoring/Friendships):
1. Schedule an at home date night with Jason and put love notes in his cooler for lunch when he’s not going to be home.
2. Read with the twins EVERY day and go through their sight words/math homework EVERY day.
3. Take the kids to the park. We stayed home and spent some fun time outside instead.
4. Buy tickets for Secret Keeper Girl for the 2 older girls. I took our oldest last year and it was really fun! I did finally email some friends about this so I’m waiting to hear back to see if I need to order tickets for them as well.
5. Go see eye specialist with middle daughter.
Intentional Homemaking:
6. Pick tomatoes, apples, and do some canning!
7. Deep clean bathrooms
8. Wash all bedding
Intentional Self-Care:
9. Drink 6 glasses of water each day
10. Exercise 4 times this week I think I did get this done most days but lost track when the week got away from me!
11. Write down everything I eat each day to fully calculate WW points Bombed completely
Intentional Blogging:
12. Start 31 Days Of Living With Intention. I hope you will be joining me back here each day as we go through October!
13. Spend 15 minutes on Pinterest each day- Have you followed me yet? If not, this week I’m pinning to my Intentional Frugality Board, Home Management Board and Home Inspiration- Decks & Porches!
