I hope you are all working on goals of your own, it feels so great to get them crossed off the list! We’re almost to 2014, a clean slate and a New Year! I will be having a post on S.M.A.R.T. goal setting this week and sincerely hope you all will consider setting goals for your New Year!
Last Week’s Goals:
Intentional Relationships (Marriage/Parenting/Mentoring/Friendships):
1. Have weekly date night with Jason & write a love note
2. Work on 3 projects for our Mother-Daughter group
3. Work on handmade gifts for the kids
4. Continue working on reading with the twins at least 3 nights.
5. Keep up on our Elf on the Shelf- (our Elf is not being naughty this year and finding things that are “good” are actually harder than the “naughty”… She’s going to be sending a lot of notes and bringing little treats for good behavior.
Intentional Homemaking:
6. Complete the challenges for 31 Days of Decluttering in December
7. Wrap 15 more presents
8. Put plastic on windows in the living room and 2 bedrooms (our old farm-house is quite drafty!)
9. Make 2 kinds of Christmas cookies
Intentional Self-Care:
10. Get at least 7 hours of sleep 4 days this week.
11. Finish Cold Tangerines: Celebrating the Extraordinary Nature of Everyday Life I’m really enjoying this book! Not quite, but getting close!
Intentional Blogging:
12. Continue 31 Days of Decluttering in December series
13. Complete the list of improvements I made yesterday to make to the blog. Ran out of time to do this one. Hopefully this week!
14. Write a blog post on goals, one on mothering, and 3 recipes. The recipes will all be up today! They are already scheduled so stay tuned!
