Each month in 2015, I will be offering a FREE monthly self-care calendar. I hope you all benefit from this free resource, print it out, and spend some time taking care of you!
One of my goals is to provide you with resources that help you live your life with intention and you can only do that if you are taking care of yourself.
A great friend once told me, that if a woman doesn’t take care of herself, no one else will. This doesn’t mean that others don’t care, it just means that you are responsible for yourself!
I want you to be able to not only pamper yourself but also to knock out some goals and improve your well-being with my FREE monthly self-care calendars! Here is the February Self-Care Calendar.
You can print it out for an easy reference for you to focus on your own self-care. For one month, each day there is a challenge to focus on your own well-being. Many of these activities can even be done at work on your breaks! Almost all the challenges take less than 15 minutes to do and let’s face it ladies, if we can’t give ourselves 15 minutes before bed or throughout the day, that’s pretty sad.

I so need this! I love that you included painting your toenails…I don’t think I’ve done this since my baby was born 5 months ago. haha. Need to take more time to pamper myself 🙂

Great calendar! Thanks for the print out! It’s now hanging on my calendar in my kitchen. I really need to work on taking time for myself. It something I find really hard to do with kids, but I know it’s important.
