It’s hard to believe this will be the last self-care calendar for 2016! I hope you have enjoyed these this year. I enjoy making them and trying to help you all live a more intentional, less-stress filled life. In less than 30 minutes, you can focus on your own self-care needs with the FREE December 2016 Self-Care Calendar.
December is one of the hardest months of the year for self-care. There is a lot of stress, a lot to do, and a lot of people depending on you in one form or another. I love the self-care calendars to help you align your self-care needs to your other needs. When you do this, you are less stressed.
These mini challenges are FREE for you! If you find one that doesn’t fit your needs, skip it and do something you enjoy or a small project that would feel good to have accomplished!
Here’s why you need the December 2016 Self-Care Calendar!
When was the last time you:
- created a holiday playlist?
- had a soup and sandwich night to balance a busy week?
- focused on your upcoming project list and created action steps?
My goal is to help you all live a productive, joyful life!
Sometimes that means taking a break from your daily grind and chores and focusing on yourself! The Self-Care Calendar has just what you need to recharge, light your creative fire, and feel more balanced again! Sounds good, doesn’t it?
The best part of the December 2016 Self-Care Calendar is that it’s FREE! (All I ask is that you share it around with other women that need some self-care in their lives, too!)
All you need to do is download and print! Stick the self-care calendar in your planner, inside your car if you do these on your lunch break, on the bathroom mirror, refrigerator, or wherever you see it regularly! (Setting a phone alarm each day for the same time also really helps remind me to do my challenge!)

I love your self-care ideas! It’s so easy, especially during the holidays, to put ourselves on the back burner then wonder why we’re not enjoying this wonderful time of the year. I’ve added some self-care into my mornings by starting my day sitting by the fire drinking tea and reading a good book for 15 minutes before I do anything else. I know it sounds weird since most people prefer reading before bed (and I do it then, too) but I’ve found it a really nice way to give my brain a chance to wake up before jumping into my regular routine. Thank you for sharing these other ideas — I’m going to try a number of them!
