This jalapeno chicken dip is one of my favorites! It’s easy and with a bag of tortilla chips, it is sure to be a crowd pleaser! I make it for family get-togethers and parties.
Mix the following ingredients into a small Crock-pot and set on high (mine is the dip sized Crock-pot). Let them cook together for a yummy appetizer, stirring so it doesn’t burn to the bottom of the Crock-pot!
- 1 can (10 oz) of canned chicken with water drained
- 1 can (10.75 oz) Campbell’s Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 package of cream cheese (8 oz) (I have used the reduced fat kind and it works and tastes just as good as the original to make this recipe a little less fattening!)
- 3 tablespoons jalapenos chopped (you can add more or less to cater to your taste. If the dip sits, the jalapeno’s get spicier!)
After the ingredients are mixed together and warm, it’s ready to serve with the tortilla chips or crackers.
