My friend, Joy shared this easy to make recipe with me and my family really enjoyed it. We are making it for our Moms & Tweens group as a meal to take to someone else (someone who’s sick, needy, going through hard times, etc.)
Here’s what you will need:
- Preheat oven to 350º
- 3 chicken boneless, skinless breasts, shredded and seasoned (I used chicken breast tenderloins and used 6 since they are about half the size of a regular chicken breast)
- Cooked spaghetti noodles, 1 box (16 oz)
- 2 cans of cream soup, any kind (I used one cream of chicken and one cream of mushroom)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 bag shredded cheddar cheese (8 oz)
Combine all ingredients into a 9″ x 13″ pan. Bake at 350º until warm and cheese has melted (about 30-45 minutes).

This sounds great! I especially love that there is no cream cheese or sour cream- those seem to be a staple in recipes like this. I usually cook and shred chicken and freeze it so I have it on hand- it makes dinners like this that much easier! Thanks for the recipe. 🙂
