Last month I shared a Self-Care Calendar for July. I hope it helped you create a little more peace in your busy life! As I’m creating August Self-Care Calendar, I’m sad that my kids will be heading back to school very soon. This summer has gone faster than any I remember so it just proves why creating these intentional little blocks of time are so important! In September, I will be creating a calendar of intentional parenting ideas to go along with the Self-Care Calendar.
Click on the August Self-Care Calendar for your own FREE calendar PDF. You can print it out for an easy reference for you to focus on your own self-care. For one month, each day there is a challenge to focus on your own well-being. Many of these activities can even be done at work on your breaks! Almost all of the challenges take less than 15 minutes to do and let’s face it ladies, if we can’t give ourselves 15 minutes before bed or throughout the day, that’s pretty sad.
Here are a few of the day’s challenges for this month: taking a 20 minute nap, visiting the library, and planning your meals! The focus is on self-care which should be fun, helpful, or relaxing! The goal is to improve your quality of life!
The link below will take you to the PDF to print out. I encourage you to hang this calendar up on your refrigerator or keep it in your planner or purse so you will have it with you! I’d love to hear at the end of the month if it helped you!
What do you like to do when you feel run down? Escape for some alone time? Exercise? Read? I’d love to hear what help relaxes you!
This is a great calendar of ideas. I’ve printed it out and hope to put some of them into practice for the rest of this month. Thank you for sharing your printout and for sharing your post at Wake Up Wednesday!
Are you going to do one each month?
Hi Jeanie! Yes, I do one every month :). Self-Care is so important and do easy to put off! Hope to see you back!
