I had 5 can of evaporated milk in my pantry that I had no idea what to do with. I found a Mac and cheese recipe and a turkey tetrazzini recipe too that use it. The other items I had on hand, so it’s a win-win for me!

My barbecue meatballs have a can of evaporated milk in them. They’re delicious. If you are interested I can post that recipe today or tomorrow. Most of the ingredients are things I usually have on hand. Good job! 🙂
