Welcome to Women With Intention Wednesdays!
Last week we had the most link-ups we’ve had so far. Whoo hoo! Thank you so much!
This week I’m featuring 2 awesome posts! I’m happy to welcome Brittany from Overdue Organizing! Brittany shared a great post on Target Dollar Spot Organizing. I’d also like to welcome Heather from Real: The Kitchen & Beyond. Heather shared a great post (especially for someone like me) on Easy Quick Prep Meals & Tips For Busy People. Thank you both for your great posts!
Here is what you will find at Women With Intention Wednesdays:
- This is a link up party where you come to encourage one another, have fun, and share your best posts to help women live their best life!
- In other words, any post that you have written about Christian living, homemaking, relationships, healthy living, living a frugal life or that helps another woman can be included in this link up! Please just keep them family friendly (I reserve the right to remove anything that I feel isn’t appropriate).
- This link up is beneficial for every woman! Whether you are a blogger or a reader, this is one you won’t want to miss! I’m very excited to offer this link up as a place to not only build new relationships between bloggers but also by providing an awesome resource of information for my readers!
Here are the rules of this link up:
- You must link directly to your post (no homepages, please).
- Please link up no more than 2 posts each week and please do not link up the same post week after week.
-
For every link you add, please visit the link before you and one other of your choice. If your links are consecutive visit 2 of your choice for the 2nd link. It’s impossible to build relationships when no one communicates! Please don’t link and run!
- By linking up you give me permission to share your posts and photos on this blog and social media. Each week I will choose a featured post. I will only feature and pin your post if you have followed the rules. All features will be linked back to the original source.
- You also give me permission to email you a quick reminder that the party is live. You may opt out anytime. I don’t spam my readers with emails.
- Answer the community building question below so we all get to know each other! That’s the purpose of being here! 🙂
In order to help grow this community with great posts and relationships, I would love it if you would add the party button to your sidebar, your blog directory page, or a text link at the bottom of your post. This isn’t required to participate in the link-up but I would really appreciate it!
If you were featured be sure to grab a button for your site! Thank you for linking up and sharing your great posts!
Community building question of the week: What is your favorite way to recharge?

I’m so excited to join your link up! However, the linkup button here isn’t working on my page. It looks like the HTML code is incorrect. Once it’s fixed, I plan to put on my page!
Thanks!
Jenny says
I will check into it! Thanks for joining in! 🙂

Thanks for hosting!!
My favorite way to recharge? It is typically getting exercise. Either on the elliptical indoors, running outside, or taking a walk with my husband, daughters, mom, cousin or friend!
Or…reading with a mug of something hot (coffee or tea) in my hand.
Jenny says
Can you come pep talk me on the elliptical lol?! Just kidding! I don’t mind once I get started. I enjoy reading, too!
Emily says
Here is your pep talk: Read ON the elliptical. Kill 2 birds with 1 stone. 😉
Jenny says
Yes that does work well! 🙂
Sandra @ Sandra's Ark says
I love to lie down with a good book for hours, preferably by a pool somewhere with hot weather but if not my couch will do fine.
Jenny says
Oh me, too!! I dream of having a beach house just for that. Unfortunately beaches are hard to come by in the Midwest!
Jennie @ Little Girl Designs says
Taking a mini nap does wonders for me but I don’t do it very consistently. I just need 20 minutes–you’d think I’d just do it. 🙂 I also love getting out on a walk, reading, and of course, working on a craft project. 🙂
Have a great day!
Jenny says
I try to sneak those in when I rock my kids at nap time! I’d like to come over and do crafts with you, I love your projects! 🙂
Brittany says
Thanks so much for featuring me!
I love to recharge by reading with a nice cup of coffee.
Jenny says
You’re very welcome! 🙂
Karen says
I recharge with either a cup of coffee or a Coke. It’s my downfall but I need one everyday around 3 or 4 in the afternoon.
Keri says
I do the same as Karen! Love my afternoon cup of coffee or tea. It just gives me a calm moment before the evening time. Thanks for hosting! Looking forward to connecting here

Well, no surprise that I LOVE the question you asked this week! But I’m going to try and only give one answer for a change. My favorite way to recharge is with a cup of tea. Fifteen minutes in a quiet room with a warm mug in my hands does wonders when my spirit is low or I’m feeling weary. 🙂
Abi Craig says
Interesting question – one I’ve been trying to figure out lately! I enjoy reading and getting out for a good walk by myself. Thanks for hosting, Jenny. Have a great week, and enjoy those baby calves. 🙂
Melissa says
Believe it or not my favorite way to recharge is to get some time to myself and CLEAN THE HOUSE! lol

Thank you so much for featuring my post Quick Prep Meals and Tips. So glad it is helpful for others. It is saving my sanity right now with what feels like a non-stop demanding season of life.
