I have shared a few times lately that I am attempting to lose some weight that I’ve put on the past 2 years after I quit nursing our youngest. I know that I am not alone in this journey!
My Weekly Check-In: I was happy to learn today that I have lost another 0.5 pounds. I know it’s not a lot but it’s at least weight loss! I have been doing a poor job counting points and know there have been some days where we’ve eaten out or had dessert where I went over! I am 5.9 pounds away from my first goal! Small steps, right?
Challenges I see coming in the next week are:
- Being on the go! This is always hard but I’m learning to bring a banana or apple with me to snack on. Small steps!
- Rushed to get in exercise. I will continue my 15 minutes each day. It’s important and I’ve been feeling a lot better! I also think I’ve been gaining a little muscle as I’ve been working out on the elliptical and we all know muscle weighs more than fat!
What are your challenges for the week? Do you have any tips to stay on track?
