Cooking and making a meal plan…I have such a love/hate relationship with them! What do you do when you know your week full of activities such as Homecoming, a parent’s meeting, a field day, volleyball game, football game, tired kids, and your husband gone for most of it?
In the past, I’d probably say we are going to eat out…a lot. 5 kids and a stressed out mom usually equals chaos and spending a lot of money on fast food. But not this week!
I’ve been really trying to cut back on eating out. It is unhealthy, we have better meat in our own freezer, and it’s expensive. It just needs cooked. (If any of you are feeling sorry for me and want to hire us a chef…. ha ha!
I’m on a mission this week to not give in to the fast food monster. With a little meal planning, I know it’s possible (and trust me…if I can stick to a meal plan, you can, too)! Here is my meal plan this week!
