For one month, each day there is a challenge to focus on your own well-being. Many of these activities can even be done at work on your breaks! Almost all of the challenges take less than 15 minutes to do and let’s face it ladies, if we can’t give ourselves 15 minutes before bed or throughout the day, that’s pretty sad.

What a great idea!! I’m definitely someone who LOVES to cross things off of a to-do lists and someone who never wants to rest, so maybe if I have a to-do list full of restful materials, it would work?

I love the ideas on your monthly self-care calendar. I am a teacher and just started a new school year. My life has gotten busy once again! My favorite self- care activity is running. When I run my perspective changes and I am refreshed. When I run outdoors, I love connecting with God through nature!
