Each Monday, I create my meal plan for the week. By doing so, I keep my family eating healthier food and keep my budget in tact.
This week is crazy busy. The problem with crazy busy is that there isn’t as much time to make healthy meals as I would like there to be. I’m really wanting to stay on track this week with my Weight Watcher’s points, increase my exercise and try to keep up with everything going on. That’s a lot to ask! So it’s going to be a day to day journey!
