Each week I list out my meal plan on Monday’s in order to keep me accountable to my family with home cooked meals and out of the drive through line. By creating a meal plan it saves my family money, saves me time and sanity trying to figure out what to make, and saves my waistline from eating out!
This week we have a 6 ball games but the daytime is almost free! I’m very excited about having some free time at home and hope to get some freezer cooking and baking in.
Breakfast:
Cereal & yogurt
Cinnamon Rolls
Scrambled eggs with cheese
Lunch:
Out With Family- Father’s Day (We had Bacon Wrapped Shrimp and Grilled Veggies…yummy!)
Grilled Pork Loin Chops, Mashed Potatoes, Cauliflower With Cheese
Tacos, Green Beans, & Apples
Grilled Brats, Salad, Baked Beans, Applesauce
Beer Butt Chicken, Grilled Potatoes, Salad, Applesauce
Homemade Chicken Pot Pie (using leftover Beer Butt Chicken)

Supper:
Pizza with Family
Ball Game Concession Stand- We will be at the ball field from 5:30 to at least 9:00 so it’s going to be an eat at the ball field night!
Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes & Ham
Tater tot Casserole from freezer
Mexican Haystacks
Pita Burgers
Out with Family- Homemade Pizza
Snacks:
Fresh Fruit & Veggies: Apricots, Pineapple, Apples, Strawberries, Carrots, Bananas & Pears
Banana Bread (Overripe bananas were on sale at the grocery store last week so I need to use them up!)
Homemade Trail Mix
