2017 is here! I hope if you are a resolution maker, a goal setter, or a person with high intentions, that one of your top priorities this year is self-care!
Self-care is so important, yet so hard for us to do. We are so much more likely to take care of everyone around us before we sit down and rest our bodies.
Not anymore!
January is an exciting month! It’s a new year, a new month, and a fresh beginning. I want to help make this January productive, relaxing, and fun.
I have revamped the self-care calendar format for 2017. I hope you like it! (Either way I’d love your feedback in the comments on the layout). Each day there is a quick challenge to help you prioritize your own self-care!
As always, most of the activities are quick! They can be done on breaks at work or at home under 15-30 minutes. I have found these small challenges to help me feel better, rested, and help me be more productive, organized and efficient.
The January 2017 self-care calendar has resources to help you save money in work on relationships, your goals and dreams, and to sit down and rest!
I hope you have a planner because some of these challenges will be easier if you have a central location to keep track of your progress!
Are you ready? Here is my free January 2017 self-care calendar to help you focus on yourself for just a few minutes each day. You deserve it!
I have found the best way for me to do these self-care challenges is to hang the calendar on my refrigerator or keep it inside my planner! Print it to the size you desire and be sure to share with your friends, coworkers, and family members who deserve a little self-care in 2017!
Have you enjoyed what you read here today? Do you have friends or other women you know that could benefit from this resource? If so, please do me a favor! I have included the links below to share with other intentional women! They’ll be glad you did!

I love the idea of a self-care calendar, but unfortunately this is really hard for me to read, even with my reading glasses. I found your website in December and am really enjoying it. I was looking forward to the new calendar, but I think last year’s format was much easier to follow and read. Thanks for all your ideas and hard work

Hi Jill! I’m sorry you are having problems reading it. I’ll take that into consideration for the remainder of 2017. I couldn’t fit everything in the regular calendar and make it fit on one page so I tried something new.
