Have you ever felt that if you had about 10 clones of yourself, that maybe you would get everything done that you need to? That’s how I feel this week! We have our first Tiger Cubs meeting, parent teacher’s conferences, meet with our builder, Secret Keeper Girls, and dance. The kids didn’t have school today and get out early the next 2 days for PT conference so it’s a crazy week (but will be nice to have them home!)
Last Week’s Goals:
Intentional Relationships (Marriage/Parenting/Mentoring/Friendships):
1. Schedule an at home date night with Jason.
2. Read with the twins EVERY day and go through their sight words/math homework EVERY day. I dropped the ball on this a couple of days this week. We’ve been working hard though and I can see progress!
3. Have a celebration supper. We will be marking off another milestone on our way to completing a big family goal. Jason didn’t get home until after 10 P.M. almost every night so we decided to wait until this week (it’s supposed to rain!)
Intentional Homemaking:
4. Sew badges on Tiger Cub uniform. (As much as I love being a homemaker…I don’t enjoy these type of tasks at all!)
5. Find a solution to clothing storage problem in girls’ room.
6. Sand down vanity bench. I found one for $10 that I’m going to sand down, paint, and put on a new cushion for our middle daughter. I decided to work on a table instead and I got it finished. Whoo hoo! I also purchased the paint for the vanity so I’m very happy with what I got done last week on this project!
7. Order reading glasses for middle daughter
Intentional Self-Care:
8. Exercise 4 times & 6 glasses of water each day- I exercised but I know I didn’t get the water in this weekend. I’ll keep trying!
Intentional Blogging:
9. Rewrite my About Me page
10. Continue 31 Days Of Intentional Living series.
11. Rewrite 31 Days Of Decluttering In December I’m going to be doing this series again this year but tweaking it from last year. If I start now, I will be ready! 🙂 I haven’t had a chance to even think about it. I will get need to break this up in order to get it done.
12. Spend 15 minutes on Pinterest each day. Have you followed me yet? If not, this week I’m pinning to my Home Inspiration- Lighting, Home Inspiration- Garage & Mudroom, Simplify Your Life, Vision Therapy, Homeschool- First Grade, and Halloween!
13. Get 1/2 through Unit 3 in my class.
