When was the last time you took 15 minutes to do something for YOU? If you are like many women, your job, family, friends, and everyone else comes before your own self-care and needs.
It doesn’t have to be that way! We are meant for much more than caring for everyone else! With a little intentionality, you can take care of your own needs and still give to your friends, job, and family!

Each day there is a quick challenge to help you prioritize your own self-care! Most of these challenges can be completed during breaks at work or at home in less than 15-30 minutes.

Here’s a few examples of what you will find in the January 2016 Self-Care Calendar:
- Cheer yourself up and someone else by making some DIY Valentine’s! Be creative and have fun!
- Lent starts tomorrow. Even if you aren’t Catholic, is there something you could do for the next 40 days to improve your life?
- It takes 21 days to form a new habit. What habit would like to work on? If you start Monday, you will have a formed a new habit this month!
