2015 is just a few days away. I love the beginning of a new year! As much as I dread January temperatures in Nebraska, I am always excited for a fresh start and new beginnings.
With that said, it may surprise you that I am not much of a resolution setter. Resolutions seem to be something that people come up with on a whim and are forgotten by February or March. Instead, I’m a believer in setting goals, which led me in a new direction for Women With Intention for 2015. I hope you will all enjoy and benefit from this change and that it will help you all be more intentional women!
I’ve had a hard time this year finding my blogging groove, the groove of posting enough but not so much that I’m neglecting my family or home. As I’m trying to get into a better schedule of posting and writing about different topics to keep you all interested, bear with me…I’m still experimenting!
I’ve done some soul searching the last few months and really have thought about what direction I want to the blog to go for the upcoming year. In order to make Women With Intention a place where you will find what you need to grow and equip you with information to live an intentional life, I decided that the theme of the year will be “2015- A Year Of Less And More.”
Each month there will be a different focus that will relate to less of something and more of something else. January’s focus will be less debt, more money. Once a week I will be posting something that relates to that theme. The other days will be similar to how I’ve posted in the past with homemaking tips, recipes, parenting tips, and anything else that I come up with that will help you be an intentional woman.
Here’s what you can expect in 2015- A Year Of Less And More:
January: Less Debt, More Money
February: Less Paper, More Filing
March: Less Clutter, More Relationships
April: Less Me, More God
May: Less Fast Food, More Meal Planning
June: Less Junk Food, More Healthy Living
July: Less Greed, More Giving
August: Less Chaos, More Routine
September: Less Yelling, More Patience
October: Less Comparison, More Happiness
November: Less Complaining, More Gratitude
December: Less Activities, More Memories
