Welcome to Women With Intention Wednesdays!
Welcome back to another great week of community building and support for one another!
Today I’m featuring Kia from The Father Swap with her post Pursuing Your Daddy When He Doesn’t Pursue You Back. This is a powerful post and as much as I wish every person in this world had a loving earthly father, they don’t and Kia has a ministry to help (and we are all blessed to have a Heavenly Father who loves us unconditionally).
I am also featuring Debbie at Blogger Loves The King with her post Proverbs 12:4 A Noble Wife. I love posts that encourage wives and marriage so naturally, I had to feature this one! 🙂
Thank you all for giving me such great posts to read each week! Keep them coming!
Here is what you will find at Women With Intention Wednesdays:
- This is a link up party where you come to encourage one another, have fun, and share your best posts to help women live their best life!
- In other words, any post that you have written about Christian living, homemaking, relationships, healthy living, living a frugal life or that helps another woman can be included in this link up! Please just them family friendly (I reserve the right to remove anything that I feel isn’t appropriate).
- This link up is beneficial for every woman! Whether you are a blogger or a reader, this is one you won’t want to miss! I’m very excited to offer this link up as a place to not only build new relationships between bloggers but also by providing an awesome resource of information for my readers!
Here are the rules of this link up:
- You must link directly to your post (no homepages, please).
- Please link up no more than 2 posts each week and please do not link up the same post week after week.
-
For every link you add, please visit the link before you and one other of your choice. If your links are consecutive visit the blogger before you and your choice for the 2nd link. It’s impossible to build relationships when no one communicates! Please don’t link and run!
- By linking up you give me permission to share your posts and photos on this blog and social media. Each week I will choose a featured post. I will only feature and pin your post if you have followed the rules. All features will be linked back to the original source.
- You also give me permission to email you a quick reminder that the party is live. You may opt out anytime. I don’t spam my readers with emails.
- Answer the community building question below so we all get to know each other! That’s the purpose of being here! 🙂
In order to help grow this community with great posts and relationships, I would love it if you would add the party button to your sidebar, your blog directory page, or a text link at the bottom of your post. This isn’t required to participate in the link-up but I would really appreciate it!
If you were featured be sure to grab a button for your site! Thank you for linking up and sharing your great posts!

Community building question of the week: How many times have you moved as an adult?
When we move into our new (FOREVER or at least until the kids put me in a home) house later this fall it will be my 7th move (starting from going to college until now).
Rebekah Neal says
This is funny, but I have never moved away from home in all my almost-33 years of life! My husband and I live in my childhood home with our two children and my Mom. It has been a wonderful arrangement for all of us and I am thankful for the way that the Lord has used this experience in all of our lives. However, we are anticipating a move very shortly–relocating to the Midwest–my husband and I have for years known the Lord pressing a ministry upon our hearts and are stepping out in faith to pursue this. So, this Fall will be the first time, Lord-willing, that I move!! 🙂
Bethany says
If you count every time I lived out of a suitcase for months at a time, 10 or more!! I didn’t have a “home” for years!
Michele Morin says
My husband and I have moved only twice, and I hope we never have to move again!

I’m right there with you! We close on our (dig deep roots) house on Oct 2! I can’t wait. I have moved 10 times in the last 9 years. We are currently living at my parents between houses. It will be SO sweet to finally be back in a home of our own!
Thanks for hosting!

It depends what you define as an adult 😉 I lived in 4 countries when I was 19, but moved back to my hometown shortly after and put down my roots. Haven’t moved since (except to a different house) and hope we never have to!
Rachel Britton says
I’ve moved about 10 or more times. Some of those moves have been short-term in apartments. They also include moving country. At one point, my husband and I spent a whole year finding the perfect house to buy. We moved in and planned to live there for 10 years. It ended up being only 10 months before we moved to the US with his job.
Lauren English says
Love that community question. Since I graduated college I’ve just moved cities once, but my husband and I moved apartments THREE times in our first 18 months of marriage. Let’s just say cheap apartment living led to lots of not fun scenarios that made us move frequently (chain smoking neighbors, feral cats in our roof, and all sorts of other fun goodness). But we’re finally in a house we love and hope to be here a long time!
Thanks for hosting! Love linking up here. 🙂
