Wednesday is the day of the week where I take an intentional step to cross something off my “I wish that was done…” list. This wish needs to be completed today! (I usually aim for less than one hour to finish to be safe that I will get it done). The goal and intention of Wishful Wednesday is to be able to mark that wish off the list and give you a self-esteem boost that even on a day when maybe it hasn’t been your most productive, you still accomplished something you have been wanting to get done.
I have an easy to do list today (and I need to finish it today because it is supposed to be 30 degrees colder tomorrow) and that is to clean out my Yukon. We’ve been to several activities this week. The kids have made a big mess inside and I went and did some Christmas shopping this morning so it’s a disaster! (If you see anything in this picture that looks familiar when you unwrap it, now you know why!) I’m actually quite embarrassed that I took a picture of it and posted it here, but I also know that being real with all of you is what the intention and purpose of this blog is all about. So without further ado, here is my Wishful Wednesday Project.
The back of my car….Scary, I told you! This doesn’t even do justice to how the car seats look where the kids have spilled UNO cards and magnetic doll clothes everywhere!
I’ll check back in later today to show off my clean car (I think I can, I think I can!) What is one wish you can remove off your own “I wish that was done…” list. It doesn’t have to be a big task, but I guarantee if you choose something and are able to mark it off your wishful list, you will have a great feeling of accomplishment! Feel free to link up or leave a comment!
