As many of you know, I’ve recently embarked on a weight loss journey. I’ve been debating about blogging more about it, simply because I know many of us are all in the same boat.
However, I don’t want to bombard you if that’s not something you want to read! I’m thinking of including recipes, reader tips and stories, encouragement, and just a place for you all to check in and have some accountability!

I think a Weight lost Wednesday could be a great idea. It is a topic so many people struggle with and it would fit in great with your intentional self care.
I think it’s a great idea, I’m going to be starting something like that on my blog this week, what kind of diet will you be using?
Jennifer, I’m actually more focused on my exercise and cutting out “bad” snacks so I have a good balance. I like sweets way too much and instead am going to be focusing on higher protein snacks and adding in a little fruit. I’ve done weight watchers before though, and it worked very well.
