After eating out a lot last week while we were in Omaha, I’m really looking forward to eating some home cooked meals this week. We still we be eating out some as we have to go back again this week, but with over a 2 hour drive one way, there’s not much one can do about that!
I had each person in our family give me an idea of something that he or she us hungry for so this is a meal plan of favorites!
Breakfast:
- French Toast
- Quick & Easy Breakfast Casserole
- Cereal
- Blueberry Muffins
- Scrambled eggs, Toast, & Fruit
- Strawberry Shortcake Muffins
- Smoothies & Granola
Lunch:
- Roast Beef Sandwiches, Potato Chips, Strawberries
- Goulash, Corn, Salad, Dinner Rolls
- Hamburgers, Applesauce, & Green Beans
- Baked Chicken Alfredo, Broccoli, Apples, Breadsticks
- Out With Family
- Leftovers
- Out With Family
Supper:
- Roast, Potatoes & Gravy, Carrots, Broccoli, Fruit
- Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes & Ham, Crescent Rolls, Green Beans
- Burritos, Chips & Salsa, Mexican Rice
- Poppyseed Chicken Casserole, Green Beans, Dinner Rolls
- Grilled Italian Chicken, Garlic Grilled Potatoes, Grilled Veggies, Fruit Salad
- Out With Family
Snacks:
- Homemade Uncrustables
- Cheese & Crackers
- Apples & Peanut Butter
- Popcorn
- Grapes
- Homemade Trail Mix (Cheerios, Raisins, Peanuts, & Dried Fruit)
