After a week off of cooking last week while we were in Puerto Rico, I’m ready to get back in the kitchen for some home cooked meals. I absolutely loved Puerto Rican food! I’m usually cautious when trying new things at restaurants and stick to what I know, but while we were there I tried Lemon Sole, Lobster, Carne Frita (my favorite, fried pork), Caribbean Pizza (which was chicken, pineapple, cilantro, and guacamole), and Spicy Tuna. I loved them all! Here’s our meal plan this week:
