Each month in 2015, I will be offering a FREE monthly self-care calendar. I hope you all benefit from this free resource, print it out, and spend some time taking care of you!
A great friend once told me, that if a woman doesn’t take care of herself, no one else will. This doesn’t mean that others don’t care, it just means that you are responsible for you!
You can print it out for an easy reference for you to focus on your own self-care. For one month, each day there is a challenge to focus on your own well-being. Many of these activities can even be done at work on your breaks! Almost all of the challenges take less than 15 minutes to do and let’s face it ladies, if we can’t give ourselves 15 minutes before bed or throughout the day, that’s pretty sad.
