Each Monday I list my goals for the coming week. I’ve decided to change the format a little of how I’ve listed them in the past because I felt like I was posting many of the same goals each week. How was your week last week?
This Week’s Goals:
Spiritual Goals:
- Start new Bible Study on Hospitality
Marriage Goals:
- Have an in-house date night.
- Write a love note to Jason.
- Start birthday and anniversary shopping (I have over a month but want to find something special).
Parenting Goals:
- Schedule in 3 “fun” things to do with the kids this week. I’m planning on a trip to the library, baking cookies, and having a “Sorry” game night.
- Pick up Nora’s new bifocal lenses.
- Do 4 things to encourage kindness as a family this week.
Family Goals:
- Make sure everyone gets enough sleep.
- Enjoy a birthday dinner for Maddie with my extended family.
- Finish Junie B., First Grader: Toothless Wonder (Junie B. Jones, No. 20)
Homemaking Goals:
- Work for 30 minutes on paper clutter.
- Shop for a new file cabinet
- Buy Maddie’s birthday present
- Clean refrigerator
- Clean out 2 cupboards
Self-Care:
- Take care of my dry hands and skin.
- Get on the at least elliptical three times.
- Go on 3 walks.
Personal Goals:
- Read 4 chapters of Own Your Life: Living with Deep Intention, Bold Faith, and Generous Love.
- Read 2 Chapters of Platform: Get Noticed in a Noisy World
Womenwithintention.com Goals:
- Begin new 31 day series (I’m so excited about this! I’ve worked on it all day and I think we will all love it and it can be life changing!)

I love how you always separate your goals into categories. I am going to try doing that from now on. It might help me focus instead of just looking at a giant to-do list – which can get overwhelming.
My goal this week is to organize my thoughts, get some planning done for the next month and a half, and to write one post.
