Welcome to a new week and new goals! It’s getting closer to Thanksgiving. This week I’m focusing on starting some new family Thanksgiving traditions! Here are 4 new traditions that we are starting this year! As the holidays get closer, don’t forget about the self-care calendar! Stress and holidays go together so it’s extra important that you take care of yourself!
Last week I didn’t put my goals up on the blog, and I could tell! I didn’t get hardly any of my goals accomplished. So I’m back for accountability this week!
This Week’s Goals:
Spiritual Goals:
- Make time for God each day.
- Read the Bible every day
Marriage Goals:
- Have a date night!
- Work on 5 year couple goals.
Family Goals:
- Continue Vision Therapy for Nora. (We get to graduate next week! WHOO HOO!)
- Make time for each child to read 20 minutes each night. (This gets a little crazy because they all want to read to me!)
- Find a date to celebrate Blake & Nora’s birthday
Homemaking Goals:
- List 5 things on Facebook to sell.
- Install shelf liner in the closets of the new house
- Go through Blake and David’s clothes and make sure everything fits. What doesn’t needs to be donated.
Self-Care:
- Record my water intake.
- Exercise 5 times, take my It`s Vital™ Core Nutrition each day, drink my Berry Greens™ and write it down in my weight loss journal. (I’ll have an update on my journal later this week! It’s got a lot more in it now than in the beginning!)
Personal Goals:
- Get a hair cut!
- Read Singletasking: Get More Done-One Thing at a Time
It Works! Business Goals:
- Schedule a It Works! wrapping party! (Have you heard of that crazy wrap thing?)
- Get supplies ready for Candy Cane Lane
- Wrap 4 women and let them experience the ultimate wrap. I was the biggest skeptic on this wrap and saw awesome results after the first wrap.
- Find 15 women to try WOW and give me their honest results! (If you are interested let me know! Send me an email at: womenwithintention@gmail.com)
