One of my goals at Women With Intention is giving you a place to encourage each other. I love Women With Intention Wednesdays (have you checked it out today or shared your posts if you’re a blogger?) but I want everyone to feel the community here.
Starting this Friday (October 16th), there will be a new feature both here on Facebook and on Instagram for Fridays called Fitness Friday.
Many of us are working towards a fitness goal. Each Friday, you can check in and let us know how you are doing on your fitness goals whether it’s sharing if you are up or down on the scale, how many times you exercised for the week, a personal best, or whatever it is that you are proud of in the area of your personal fitness.
My goal of Fitness Friday is to provide a place for you to have accountability AND encouragement! I will also be providing inspirational quotes to help keep you motivated on your journey. I hope you are as excited about it as I am!
