I hope you’ve gained some important insight this week into your passions, strengths, values and your that you have discovered why you do the things you do.
Today we’re going to combine all of those into a new list which I’m calling “My Lifetime List”.
Many people create a bucket list (a list of things that they haven’t done before but want to do before dying).
I love the concept of bucket lists but it seems to almost always turn into a list of vacation destinations and some unrealistic wild escapades.
For my lifetime list, I’m digging deeper! I’d love for you to grab your notebook or a pretty journal to record your lifetime list. You can tweak your own list but I’m using some of the same categories that I use each week for my goals lists, with a few adjustments. This list is a combination of the values you want to incorporate throughout your lifetime (in other words how you want to live and act) with those special things that you’d like to do! Your list will probably change throughout your lifetime (and that’s ok). It’s your list and you will change and grow throughout your lifetime.
My categories are: marriage & family, spiritual, life-long learning, work, and self-care.
