I love being organized! As we are building our new home I’ve been busy trying to declutter my home and life of things I no longer love or use. Here are 5 great organizational products that I love and I think you will, too!
1. If you are on the beginning of a decluttering journey because you have too much stuff, your house is overly crowded, you’re overwhelmed or you simply don’t know what to do with the things you have, Marie Kondo’s The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up: The Japanese Art of Decluttering & Organizing is one of the best books I’ve ever read.
2. Redi-Tag Divider Sticky Notes are great for making your own dividers in a notebook, making detailed lists, and work great for projects such as a Household or Budget Notebook. I have these and they are perfect in my planner!
3.Kate Spade Gold Foil Dots File Folders are cute and fun to use!
4.Staedtler Triplus Fineliner Pens are some of my favorite to use for color coding in my planner. I love how they write and are pretty to use!
5. The MiracleFold® Junior Size Laundry Folder Clothes Folder T-Shirts Pants Towels Organizer is an easy way to teach kids how to fold their clothing correctly and also how to maximize storage space in their bedroom.
These are just a few of my favorites! What is one of your favorite organizational tools?
Welcome to Women With Intention Wednesdays!
I can’t believe it’s Wednesday already again! Welcome back to another great week of community!
This week’s featured blogger is Romany with her post 5 Ways To Find Morning Motivation.
I appreciate your posts and community each and every week! Thank you for helping make it successful by not only following the rules but for writing such great posts!
Here is what you will find at Women With Intention Wednesdays:
- This is a link up party where you come to encourage one another, have fun, and share your best posts to help women live their best life!
- In other words, any post that you have written about Christian living, homemaking, relationships, healthy living, living a frugal life or that helps another woman can be included in this link up! Please just keep them family friendly (I reserve the right to remove anything that I feel isn’t appropriate).
- This link up is beneficial for every woman! Whether you are a blogger or a reader, this is one you won’t want to miss! I’m very excited to offer this link up as a place to not only build new relationships between bloggers but also by providing an awesome resource of information for my readers!
Here are the rules of this link up:
- You must link directly to your post (no homepages, please).
- Please link up no more than 2 posts each week and please do not link up the same post week after week.
-
For every link you add, please visit the link before you and one other of your choice. If your links are consecutive visit the blogger before you and your choice for the 2nd link. It’s impossible to build relationships when no one communicates! I’ve had a few bloggers email me who haven’t had any clicks and there were more last week than any before. Please don’t link and run!
- By linking up you give me permission to share your posts and photos on this blog and social media. Each week I will choose a featured post. I will only feature and pin your post if you have followed the rules. All features will be linked back to the original source.
- You also give me permission to email you a quick reminder that the party is live. You may opt out anytime. I don’t spam my readers with emails.
- Answer the community building question below so we all get to know each other! That’s the purpose of being here! 🙂
In order to help grow this community with great posts and relationships, I would love it if you would add the party button to your sidebar, your blog directory page, or a text link at the bottom of your post. This isn’t required to participate in the link-up but I would really appreciate it!

If you were featured be sure to grab a button for your site! Thank you for linking up and sharing your great posts!

Community building question of the week: What is your favorite organizational product?
My favorite is my Erin Condren planner. It was expensive but it’s also pretty, keeps me organized, and happy. Those are 3 wins in my book!
Thanks for hosting another great link party Jenny, I am honoured to be featured this week. This is definitely one of my favourite link parties, there is always so much inspiration and encouragement to be found. I’m here a little early today but I will definitely be back later on to have a click through the links, God bless you and have a great day.
You’re welcome and thanks for sharing your great posts!
Enjoyed the suggestions even though I’m not in a real busy season of life right now 🙂 I don’t use a planner but I could benefit from something for the blog to keep me on track. I am totally random, ha. Blessings!
I am definitely going to look into that book. thanks for the info.
I am pretty minimal in everything. I love the use of baskets around the home to organize stuff in. They can fit your decor and also be used inside closets, etc. My take, don’t have a lot of extra stuff to begin with and you won’t need to constantly be purging, organziing and donating things.
Michelle, that’s my take as well but I learned it after having too much stuff 😉 thanks for linking up!
A large trash bag. I regularly go through the house and things that aren’t being used regularly and don’t have a permanent home go in the bag to donate. This helps keep us tidy and overwhelmed with stuff that seems to continually multiply.
Yes! Awesome suggestion and super frugal 😉
I’ve never seen those sticky notes before, those would come in handy for a lot of things.
I’m picky about pens too, so I’ll have to look for those. For the past couple of years, I’ve been on a mechanical pencil kick though. Thanks for sharing, and for hosting today. 🙂
I love these notes and are a good add on item to orders :). Thanks for linking up!
I’m an old-fashioned clear bins and baskets girl! To stay organized, everything has to have a place : )
Love the tabs you featured!
Definitely my planner. I can’t begin to think how I would remember what to do and when to do it if it were not written down all in one place. I also keep track of shopping lists on its wonderful pages! Blessings to you this week!
Great tips and suggestions! And I love the sites new look. It’s beautiful! Pens are always my challenge. I need something that feels comfortable and that’s easy to control. Blessings to you!
My planner keeps me organized, but I am still looking for a better one for next year!
The Redi-Tag Divider Sticky Notes look like a great tool. That may solve some of my planner problems. 🙂
Planners are one of my downfalls. It’s hard to find one that’s just right!
To be honest, I’ve been struggling with organization lately. Trying to get back on track with a planner, but I can’t find one that meets my needs. Hopefully, I’ll find one soon before homeschool starts again.
I love staedtler, they are the best pens and the gold folders!

Hey Jenny,
I like all of your organizational ideas! Thanks for sharing them with us. It seems like I get excited about getting things really well-arranged this time of year. Your post has encouraged me to get all of the right tools~
Thanks also for hosting the Women with Intention link up. I am enjoying meeting other bloggers and getting to read a lot of great posts.
Hope you have a blessed day today~
Melanie
I think back to school is similar to spring cleaning. Routine and cleanliness are important! 🙂
I think I need to read that book. I have read over a dozen recommendations for it in the last month! My favorite organization tool for the home is those cloth bins. We use them for diapers and wipes, toys, books, etc… Less visual clutter, and if it doesn’t fit or go in the bin, it needs a different home (not ours!). In terms of organizing our life, I still haven’t found a planner or system I love, yet. . . Thanks for hosting! 🙂
I like those bins, too. They’re very versatile and come in fun fabrics!
Yes to Staedtler pens! They are my favorite!
I love the app Nozbe. Because we live overseas and travel a LOT I prefer to be as paperless as possible. Nozbe has an app for my macbook, iPad, and iPhone so everything I need to do is synced seamlessly. They have a ton of how to videos to help with organization and productivity.
I’ve never heard of that app but definitely will be checking it out! 🙂 Thanks!
Girl, you have it so together! I love it. And I am just a wee bit envious! Have a great week, thanks for having me and for hosting.
I have missed you and your blog! It’s been a while since I’ve been in the blogging world…just busy with summer I guess. 😉 BUT this post makes me want to get ORGANIZED!!! I can get so overwhelmed with stuff but I also have a difficult time parting with keepsakes. So frustrating! It has been a summer project to pair-down and organize but there’s still a long way to go. Glad others are our there sharing tips, thanks for yours! 🙂
I’ve missed you, Summer! Glad to have you back! 🙂
